Timely moving use them again.

Reliable moving service! I booked in advance & they called to confirm 5 days in advance & again the day before. Two movers came and efficiently moved all the furniture and boxes. All furniture was wrapped in plastic for protection. My move day ranged from dry to rain to sleet. Despite the conditions, they completed the move in a timely fashion. I would use this company again.

Trusted movers , amazing service

Movers were AMAZING. They treated our furniture like it was their own. They safely transported all of our items with care. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they were. The move took half the time I thought and they removed so much stress from our day. The cherry on top was that they have such lovely and respectful personalities. Unlawful moving company.

Beware of Pro Smart movers operating under the guise of award winners for Los Angeles moving companies, found out this company is unauthorized to operate in California And do not have a business license to do business at their Rancho Cucamonga location.

They send estimates That include packing materials as stated on their website and then overcharge for packing materials up to 800 dollars extra for 9 pieces of furniture. Be warned they are not legimate.

Worst Movers Ever

They broke and/damaged ALL my nice, wood furniture. And crushed many of the boxes, breaking the contents.

And they wanted to charge me an extra $10,000–that’s right $10,000–because I went 150 cubic ft over estimate. This is a one bedroom apartment we’re talking about.

Take and axe and hack all your furniture before getting ProSmart Movers.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY LIES

Damaged our furniture and kept delaying responses, paid $6,500 for 15' conference table, they offered $285 for permanent damage that can't be repaired only to receive email that they delayed claim beyond the time frame for payment- so nothing received. DON'T use this company unless you want your stuff damaged and they have no consequences! Filing formal complaint

P.S.M good work

Unreputable

Contracted with them to move my small apartment of stuff from California to South Carolina. They picked up my stuff on April the 3rd with a promise of a 21 day turn around. As of today, May the 12th, my things are still in a warehouse in California with no ETA of delivery. They are dodging my calls and refusing to tell me when they will deliver my things.

Do not hire this company!!!

Horrible experience with this company. We originally hired another company to do the move and they brokered it out to ProSmart. The whole entire process was a complete and utter nightmare. Upon arrival to pick up the items in my son's one bedroom apartment, they added money to the amount quoted. They wanted to add costs for including a laundry basket! The whole thing seemed shady from day one but the items were loaded and our hands were tired. They provided us with a number to call for updates on delivery. We were told 3-6 days (move from Chicago to Pittsburgh). The phone number they left us with was for another company as was the letterhead/bill of lading! To make a long story short, my son's items belongings were delivered 6 weeks later. We believe they only delivered them because we threatened them with a potential lawsuit. I think we talked to 5 different people in 3 different states with never an answer. When the items were delivered, the driver did not have any tools to assemble the table that they had taken apart. He had hired a helper off of Craigslist (this guy was actually good). As they were settling up payment, I could hear arguing so I am pretty certain that the helper wasn't paid his fair share. Finally, one item was delivered that did not belong to my son. I have tried many times to contact Pro Smart about this and no one has ever responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you hire US Interstate for the initial move, inquire about who they broker it out to

Very professional

The office personnel were very professional, helpful when getting my quote and dates for my move set up. They called prior to my move to confirm everything. The day of my move I was called, letting me know that the movers were ahead of schedule. They showed up promptly. Movers were very friendly, professional. They worked quickly but carefully unloading the moving truck and placing my belongings inside my residence. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Pro Smart Movers.

This business helped us pack, organize and move everything we owned. Their team really helped us bring the stress levels way down. I booked very last minute with no issue. John, Max and Cesar did a great job moving me quickly and were very professional. I had 2 stops, lots of stairs and an elevator and they tackled it great. Professional, friendly and helpful

Just wanted to say that our experience with this moving company was great! I am under quarantine at the moment and needed to hire a company to help move my 58 year old father. The initial online process to get an estimate with Alex was quick and very easy. We get our questions answered quickly and promptly, which I appreciate. Everything in the estimate was true and no hidden charges came up at the time of payment. The movers came and were very professional and wore masks and were practicing social distancing with my father who is a senior. They treated my our furniture and belongings with the best care possible. I"m very glad that my cousin recommended us to Pro Smart Movers, I am so grateful for them helping my father move when I was unable to. An Excellent job

Fantastic experience moving with Pro Smart Movers. John's team was fast, professional, friendly, and amazing to work with. We just had new painting and wood floors put into our new home and the team which moved us was extra careful, and even helped apply pads to all furniture going on the wood floors. I've used Pro Smart Movers for Chicago moves. Both moves have been efficient with the crews arriving promptly in the morning and completing within the estimated time. The crews made sure to treat my items with care and respect, especially anything labeled fragile included my partner's record collection. Canceled on us and Changed the Story

Booked with Pro Smart Movers for a move within SF, and 2 days before our move they called me and explicitly told me that they no longer had employees to do our move the day we requested, and then asked if we could reschedule a day earlier (mind you this would be the following morning for us, giving us essentially no time to pack). I said this is extremely inconvenient for us but I will check with my roommate if it could work. When I called back to say it would not work and that we will have to cancel our move with them, and that I expect a refund on our deposit, he told me that he will actually just check with the branch manager if they can make the original day work. At this point, I had already confirmed alternative options and no longer felt comfortable with using their service at all, since they should have checked all of their options before even calling me to cancel for the original day to begin with. I told him no, and that I was wanted to cancel still and get a refund, which is when he started switching up the story on me, saying that he never said they would not be able to do it the original day, and that he just asked if we could reschedule, which is a lie. I was so displeased with the service, that I chose to forego the deposit and go ahead with another mover that I have used previously and trusted their service. So unprofessional and poor customer service
